Working with The Last Drop Distillers of London covering the release of their first Irish Whiskey was a really beautiful experience. Getting to meet great people really is the best part of the whiskey industry for me. As a brand THE LAST DROP DISTILLERS OF LONDON were always of top of the list of those to work with and getting to make slightly longer form content is always a treat. The whiskey as put together by Louise Mc Guane at J.J. Corry is unsurprisingly spectacular. Seek out a dram if you are able.
